Public-Private Collaboration Empowers Global Expansion: Hebei Corporate Culture Association and China Electronics Chamber of Commerce Explore New Avenues for Togo Cooperation under the Belt and Road Initiative
On the morning of the 23rd, a delegation from the Hebei Corporate Culture Association (HCCA), led by Secretary-General Yan Lisha, Vice President Li Zilong, and Advisor Wang Chao, paid a visit to the China Electronics Chamber of Commerce (CECC) for an exchange meeting. The two sides held in-depth discussions on cooperation opportunities in the Togo market within the framework of the Belt and Road Initiative. The talks focused on establishing efficient and practical service platforms to help enterprises from Hebei and beyond expand their business in West Africa, facilitating resource sharing and complementary advantages.

Established in 1988, the CECC is one of the largest industry organizations in China's electronics information distribution sector, operating under the guidance of the Ministry of Information Industry. It was also among the first entities granted overseas exhibition rights by the Ministry of Commerce. With a mission to build bridges between the government and enterprises, among enterprises themselves, and between enterprises and the market, the Chamber boasts thousands of member companies, with a service network covering 29 provinces, autonomous regions, and municipalities across China. It has also established long-term, stable partnerships with industry organizations in over 50 countries and regions worldwide. The CECC is committed to advancing the globalization of the digital economy. Through initiatives like launching the Global Digital Economy Alliance, organizing international business tours, and publishing industry white papers, it provides comprehensive services including precise market information, cross-border matchmaking, and risk mitigation for enterprises.
Leveraging the resources of its more than 40 professional committees, the CECC explicitly stated it would offer precise information support to member companies interested in the West African market, addressing information asymmetry challenges during overseas market research. During the meeting, Secretary-General Yan Lisha, Vice President Li Zilong, and CECC representatives reached a preliminary consensus to jointly organize a corporate delegation for a field visit to Togo. This initiative aims to enable businesses to gain first-hand understanding of the local market environment, policy landscape, and potential opportunities, laying a solid foundation for their strategic entry into the West African market.

This meeting stands as a significant practice of government-enterprise collaboration and resource synergy. It also opens a new channel for Hebei enterprises to integrate deeply into Belt and Road cooperation in Africa. Moving forward, driven by Secretary-General Yan Lisha, Vice President Li Zilong, and Advisor Wang Chao, the HCCA will continue to deepen strategic cooperation with the CECC, supporting more Hebei companies in achieving high-quality and sustainable development in the West African market.
