
The association has invited a number of professional lawyers, legal experts, and retired personnel from public security organs, procuratorates, and courts to voluntarily form the Legal Professional Committee, which provides relevant legal services to the association and its members. Combining the actual situation of the association, the Legal Professional Committee of the association hereby provides the following legal service plan:
1. Provide members with free inquiry and interpretation of laws, regulations and national policies;
2. Provide members with free consultation on daily legal issues such as operation and management, and labor affairs;
3. Provide members with free legal consultation services for designed litigation and arbitration cases;
4. Provide members with free training on relevant legal knowledge, such as the signing and management of contracts, and the establishment, operation and maintenance of enterprise risk prevention systems;
5. Other legal services required by members (a separate agreement needs to be signed).
The committee has in-depth cooperation with financial and investment institutions such as banks, guarantee companies, and microloan companies. It builds a comprehensive financial service platform to provide multi-channel, low-cost and all-round financing services for member units of the association that need financing.
Based on the characteristics of member units, the Financial Work Committee will carry out financing consulting services for member enterprises through equity layout, equity incentives, and equity valuation. Among these, equity valuation mainly relies on factors including the enterprise’s founder and founding team, the scalability and profitability of its business model, and its future development potential. It also fully takes into account various elements such as the enterprise’s early investment, current-stage assets, and future profitability. Multiple methods such as the discounted cash flow method, relative value assessment method, and fair value assessment method are used for valuation, striving to ensure the valuation results are true, objective, and practical.
It builds a communication platform for research, guidance and exchange of agricultural enterprises and products among agricultural enterprises in Hebei. It helps agricultural enterprises within the association establish brand awareness, formulate brand strategies, and empower association members in brand planning, marketing communication and other aspects.
1. This committee is a brand strategy exchange and cooperation organization established by members engaged in the agricultural industry within the association in accordance with the principle of voluntary participation and mutual benefit.
2. Through research, guidance and exchange activities among members, each enterprise can further improve its operating capabilities and obtain practical benefits. At the same time, through the deepening interaction and exchanges among members, new cooperation between enterprises will be promoted.
3. Members of the committee enjoy equal rights and adopt the "one-member-one-vote system". Membership is voluntary and withdrawal is free.
4. The committee shall abide by the Constitution, laws, regulations, national policies and social ethics.
5. The committee shall comply with the internal working regulations of the association.
It provides a learning and exchange platform for coffee practitioners, and aims to promote the orderly and sound development of the coffee industry in Hebei and establish a good industry order.
1. Assist the government in formulating and implementing the development plan of Hebei's coffee industry and relevant industry regulations; formulate industry norms, industry standards, industry codes of conduct and relevant certification systems, and organize the promotion and implementation of these documents.
2. Implement industry self-regulation and coordination, do a good job in industry service work, and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the industry in accordance with the law.
3. Assist relevant government departments in holding international coffee conferences, exhibitions and other events in the province.
4. Conduct investigations on anti-dumping, anti-monopoly and other issues in the coffee industry, and submit investigation applications to the government.
5. Carry out various promotional activities for the coffee industry to enhance the popularity and attractiveness of Hebei's coffee industry; conduct exchanges and cooperation with domestic and foreign coffee industry organizations.
6. Participate in the demonstration of government decisions related to the development, reform of the coffee industry and the interests of the coffee industry organized by the provincial government, put forward suggestions on relevant policies and legislation, and attend relevant public hearings held by the government.
7. Conduct industry statistical surveys, collect, analyze and release relevant economic, policy and legal information; handle matters requested by members, safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of members, and actively help members solve difficulties.
8. Strengthen communication with relevant government departments to curb unfair competition; guide members to operate in accordance with the law and abide by industry rules and codes of conduct; safeguard the overall interests of the industry, as well as fair competition and market order.
9. Organize academic seminars, report meetings, professional exhibitions and other activities within the industry; carry out relevant knowledge and technical training; provide consulting services; establish industry websites and publish association journals.
10. Undertake other matters authorized or entrusted by relevant government departments, as well as other activities conducive to the development of the industry.
